This boy was the biggest and most stocky puppy in his litter. It is our hope that in time, he will help to continue the improvement of the Akita breed, here at our kennels. Diesel is a perfect example of the type of dogs we are aiming to produce here at Arctic Akitas. Not only does he show great Akita "type" , but his temperament is excellent and very stable. He is friendly and confident in himself, even in public situations with people coming up to pet him, etc. Diesel is a great ambassador to the breed, and we hope he will produce many superb litters for us in the years to come. Soon we will get all his health checks done, including hips and eyes, to make sure he is suitable for breeding. Check back soon for updates on our handsome Diesel boy!!
